We created XMAN to expose young men to their own potential AND their personal responsibility to be excellent - for God, for their communities, for their families, and for themselves. We are strategically and intentionally focused on the 5th Quarter - life after High School sports. What type of man will you be? What type of professional will you be? And what type of passion and competitive drive will you move with throughout the world?

To be a young man of excellence, one must discover and accept his God-given assignment. He must develop himself in order to Execute that assignment. Finally, he must perform  at a consistently high level. We use the power of Exposure and our passion for sports to help young men connect the dots as they pursue Excellence in every aspect of their lives.

We believe that we can build a new superhighway out of the TRAP of poverty, crime, violence, and death. And I believe that with your support we will impact thousands of young men as they impact the world with their God-given Excellence!
