XMAN Performance and Development transitions student athletes into multidimensional men. XMAN exists to expose young men to their own potential while revealing their personal responsibility to utilize that potential to cultivate excellence – for God, for their communities, for their families, and for themselves.

We use the power of exposure and our passion for sports to help young men connect the dots as they pursue excellence in every aspect of their lives.
We believe that XMAN builds the foundation for a new superhighway out of the TRAP of poverty, crime, violence, and death. And we seek to impact thousands of young men as they impact the world with their God-given Excellence!
To be a young man of excellence:
He must discover and accept his God-given assignment.
He must develop himself to execute that assignment.
He must perform at a consistently high level.
To use exposure to inspire excellence, the XMAN executive team develops a tailored and immersive educational experience for its student athletes each year. We work directly with schools and coaches to select a group of up to ten student athletes, primarily in the 7th through 9th grades. We aim to establish awareness and winning habits in three key areas for student athletes: Character Development, Career Development, and Competitive Development. Our immersive experiences are customized to the interests and talents of our student athletes, so they range from hands-on participation in our state’s legislative process to sports camps, to professional sporting event attendance. We are funded through grants and sponsors to ensure that there is never a cost to our student athletes.
